What happens after you book
Within one business day a senior clinician calls you to confirm the participant's profile, the assessment scope and the expected turnaround. We then schedule the clinical interview (60–90 minutes by secure telehealth, with collateral input from family or support workers where appropriate).
What you need to have ready
Your current NDIS plan, any specialist medical reports confirming diagnosis, allied health reports from the last 12 months, behaviour support plans where applicable, recent hospital discharge summaries, and a current medication list. If documents are not yet collated, we can still book — bring what you have.
Turnaround commitment
FCA reports are issued within 5 business days of the final clinical interview. The full process from intake to delivered PDF typically completes inside two weeks.
