Our standard NDIS Functional Capacity Assessment is $2,910 inclusive of GST. This includes document review, 1–2 structured clinical interviews, validated standardised tools, family and treating-team collateral, a comprehensive NDIS-aligned report and peer review before issue. Telehealth and in-person delivery are priced identically.

Our independent SIL assessment is $2,910 inclusive of GST, with a fully costed Roster of Care, support ratio justification, active overnight versus sleepover analysis and behaviour overlay where required. Where co-tenant compatibility analysis or multi-resident SIL evidence packs are required, additional scope may be quoted before commencement.

An SDA assessment is $2,910 inclusive of GST and covers all four design categories — Improved Liveability, Fully Accessible, Robust and High Physical Support. Three-threshold analysis (extreme functional impairment, most appropriate design match, SDA over mainstream) is built in.

No. Telehealth FCA pricing is identical to in-person FCA pricing — $2,910 inclusive of GST — because the clinical depth, report length and peer-review process are identical. We never apply postcode-based pricing or telehealth surcharges.

Yes. Our assessments are billable to NDIS funded participants on Plan-Managed and Self-Managed plans. Pricing aligns with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements under the Assessment, Recommendation, Therapy or Training line items. Agency-Managed participants should contact us to discuss provider activation.

NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments delivered by an allied health professional are generally subject to GST. We publish prices inclusive of GST so participants and Coordinators see the true total cost without surprises at invoicing.

No. We offer a free 15-minute clinical discussion before any commitment — talk through the participant's profile, the recommended evidence pathway and confirm we're the right fit. Detailed written quotes are provided within one business day for complex or non-standard cases.

Most assessments are billed once on report completion and paid via the participant's Plan Manager — so no payment plan is typically required. For private-pay arrangements or unusual circumstances, please contact us to discuss.

Our complex multi-domain assessments start at $2,910 inclusive of GST. Where participant profile materially exceeds standard scope — extensive collateral, multiple co-occurring conditions, behaviour overlays, court-level documentation — additional clinician time is quoted before commencement so there are no surprises.

Invoices are issued within two business days of report delivery, with the relevant NDIS line item code, clinician AHPRA registration and a clean reference number for direct portal reimbursement or Plan Manager processing.

No deposit is required for Plan-Managed participants. For self-funded private-pay arrangements we may discuss alternative billing on a case-by-case basis.
