Our standard NDIS Functional Capacity Assessment is $2,910 inc. GST, funded from the participant's Capacity Building budget under Improved Daily Living. Below is the full price list, what's included, and how to request a written quote for complex multi-domain assessments.
What the standard FCA price includes
Pre-assessment intake review, 60–90 minute clinical interview by secure telehealth, full WHODAS 2.0 (adult) or Vineland-3 (paediatric) standardised battery, condition-specific tools where relevant, peer review by a second AHPRA-registered clinician before delivery, final PDF report (typically 15–35 pages), a one-page executive summary, and a 14-day clarification window after delivery.
How NDIS participants fund an FCA
Plan-managed: invoiced direct to your plan manager, typically processed within 5–10 business days. Self-managed: invoiced direct to you; claim reimbursement via the my place portal. Agency-managed: switch the Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living line item to plan-managed or self-managed for the FCA engagement (this is a common, quick request through your Support Coordinator).
How to request a written quote
