What we do
We write defensible NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) assessments with costed Rosters of Care, Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) assessments across all four design categories, Individualised Living Option (ILO) assessments, manual-handling assessments and aged-care home assessments. How the process works
Step 1 — intake review (we read the participant's current plan and existing reports). Step 2 — clinical interview by secure telehealth (60–90 minutes, with collateral input from family or support workers where consented). Step 3 — standardised tools selected for the participant's age, disability and presentation (these may include WHODAS 2.0, Vineland-3, CANS and other validated measures where clinically appropriate). Step 4 — peer review by a second AHPRA-registered clinician. Step 5 — issued as a comprehensive PDF tailored to the participant's complexity, with a one-page executive summary, within 5 business days.
