NDIS-focused assessment solutions, delivered online.
FCA Reports Australia PTY LTD specialises in providing high-quality, evidence-based Functional Capacity Assessment reports — delivered entirely online by experienced Occupational Therapists. We exist to make NDIS evidence faster, clearer and more accessible.
Our story
FCA Reports Australia was founded by Ryan Fuller, a qualified physiotherapist with a passion for improving participant outcomes. Working alongside Support Coordinators and NDIS participants, Ryan saw firsthand how delays in functional evidence cost participants real funding, real supports and real quality of life.
We built FCA Reports Australia to bridge the gap between timely reporting and personalised, clinically rigorous care. Our virtual-first model removes geography as a barrier; our standardised NDIS-aligned templates ensure consistency; and our 7 business day turnaround is industry-leading.
Our mission
To deliver the highest-quality, fastest-turnaround NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments in Australia — written specifically to support participants in securing the reasonable and necessary supports they need to live full, self-determined lives.
Our values
- Evidence first. Every recommendation in our reports is grounded in functional evidence, validated assessment tools and current best practice.
- Participant-centred. Reports reflect the person — their goals, strengths, preferences and lived experience — not just a clinical checklist.
- Independent and impartial. We are assessors only. We do not provide SIL, STA or any other support service. This keeps our reports credible with the NDIA.
- Speed without shortcuts. Fast does not mean superficial. Our process compresses time, not depth.
- Accessible to all of Australia. Virtual-first delivery means the participant in a remote postcode receives the same standard as the participant in a capital city.
Our clinicians
Every FCA Reports Australia clinician is AHPRA-registered, holds at least three years of disability-specific experience, and completes ongoing professional development in NDIS-relevant practice areas — psychosocial disability, complex behaviour, paediatric assessment, home and living, and Assistive Technology. All reports receive peer review prior to issue.
